CAMERAN B CRUTCHER
Hi, I’m Cameran—a proud Memphis native from Bethel Grove who lives by the motto: “Lights, Cameran, Action.” For me, life is all about storytelling—whether through film, fashion, or everything in between.

Growing up in a home full of creativity, I was surrounded by inspiration. My parents transformed birthday parties into full-on productions—decorating, DJing, and catering with flair. These early moments taught me that creativity has no limits. My mom, a theater lover and cosmetologist, sparked my passion for performance, hair, makeup, and self-expression. I was always experimenting with looks, learning how art and identity intersect.

Though I faced challenges like bullying during school, writing became my refuge. It allowed me to process my emotions, rewrite my story, and eventually create new ones. That love for storytelling led me to visual storytelling—blending writing, film, and fashion into bold, expressive work.

I founded Moonieken, my fashion brand, as a space to design custom pieces that help people feel seen and celebrated. I always had an eye for style—even when I couldn’t afford the looks I envisioned. So, I started creating them myself.
Today, I’m studying Broadcast Journalism at the University of Memphis, with minors in Fashion Design and Film. My mission is to merge my passions into a creative empire that uplifts others and proves that with persistence, passion, and purpose, anything is possible.
